After a lot of careful research, I’ve decided to try going gluten-free to see if it cures a non-life-threatening-yet-annoying autoimmune condition I have. This blog, once just a place for me to post recipes, will now be the home of my journey to my GF life, and a chronicle of what happens once I make the switch.
Why am I waiting until June 1? I have a lot of big trips planned in May that revolve around food, so I want a proper last hurrah.
Here are some other things I wrote, should you want to read them:

Traveling does make being gluten-free harder but it’s still doable. I can certainly understand wanting to wait until after, however!
